Yesterday, While looking through some of my emails, I got this email from someone with “Date: Thu, 29 May 2014 10:42:08 -0700 Subject: RE: Tommy you are like Morpheus from the Matrix” in the subject line.  Well everyone knows how much I love this movie so, I had to open it up to see exactly what the comparison was.

I must admit that after reading it, I loved it and wanted to share it with you guys, so read for yourself below..

Tommy,

You have freed me from the Matrix. I actually knew I was in the Matrix but your words really empowered my confidence.  Like you I am feed up with the violence and ignorance in my community. From black biker week to black women fighting in ditches I am embarrassed but  I have choices.  I wish other black people knew they had choices. I choose to act civilized in public. I choose to be a gentleman but some of us don’t get it.

I went to an all black grade school and even as I kid I thought it was odd that my peers would make fun of me for getting good grades because that was being white. Illogical thoughts from jealous people but enough to make me question if I was black enough.

Funny thing.  I like you am afraid to be around large masses of black Americans if I am not related to them. For some reason something crazy happens. A fight. Ignorance. ETC.  Why can’t we call out people who perpetrate this horrible behavior.

You said it best many videos ago. Instead of raising the next first round draft pick lets raise the next doctor, lawyer, judge, CEO ETC. Those positions make change. Even if you are an NBA first round draft pick the lawyer representing your contact is usually white because we don’t think about things like that.

While occasionally I am turned off by the language I do understand where you are coming from and why you have to use it.  It is a war and unfortunately it’s a civil war and everyone around us laughs at us. My final question is…..Have we put the KKK out of business? I’m not trying to be funny but I can’t remember the last time a black person was harmed in any way by them. It is a sad state of affairs and I hope your Fatherless America Movie reaches the people that need it. I need your movie because when I become a father I want to always appreciate my role.

No need to use my photo.  Seeing what you go through I would hate for some crazy person to start trolling me.  LOL!  I hope you understand.  I know how we can be especially when we either speak the truth or speak our opinion. As you can tell I keep my life drama free by hanging around people who share my logic and work ethic.

Thanks for replying and know I understand where you are coming from.  I can’t do what you do but I enjoy what you do because you are the best at it.  Even when you deal with the trolls.  I would be so drained dealing with the ignorant people you deal with but I have learned how to better contruct arguments with people who use ignorance and illogical thought.

See how sad this is?  The man was afraid to allow me to post a photo due to the fact that black people on the internet are complete idiots. Of course we know its not all but the fact that people are being attacked for just agreeing with people or just not having the same opinion as some idiot.

I thank you so much Ian for the email and I respect your privacy.  I dont want anyone to have to go through what I am currently going through which is why I push so hard against the man who is leading this charge of putting out my information and intimidating the women and children of my family.  We all need to stand up against no good niggas like him & the sick chick that follows.
