Former first-round NFL draft pick Henry Ruggs III was caught on video sobbing after he allegedly smashed his Corvette Stingray into another car, killing a 23-year-old woman in Las Vegas.

The dramatic clipof the fiery wreck early Tuesday, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows Ruggs, 22, on the ground with his girlfriend Kiara Kilgo-Washington — with the Raiders star crying as she begs bystanders for help.

“F–k! Stop yelling!” Ruggs screams at Kilgo-Washington at one point in the recording, which shows his damaged Stingray and the Toyota RAV4 he crashed into completely engulfed in flames.

Prosecutors say Ruggs, 22, was flying as fast as 156 mph on his way home in Sin City early Tuesday before crashing into the back of a Toyota RAV4, killing its driver, Tina Tintor, and her dog.

Prosecutors said his blood alcohol content was later shown to be .161, or more than double the state’s legal limit.

The clip pans around to show Tintor’s car raging on fire in the background. Kilgo-Washington, 22, is heard off-camera yelling for someone to help the pair.

“Please, can we get help?” she screams.

The clips then shows a witness telling an officer the man involved in the crash is Ruggs, who owns a $1.1 million home in a neighborhood not far from the scene.

Ruggs and his girlfriend sobbed as they sat on a sidewalk just feet away from the Toyota engulfed in flames after the crash.

A Chevrolet Corvette that was involved in a fatal accident is shown on November 2, 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the Corvette was being driven by wide receiver Henry Ruggs III of the NFL Las Vegas Raiders when it hit another vehicle, killing a woman. Police say Ruggs will be charged with DUI resulting in death.

“That’s Henry Ruggs right there,” the man said. “He plays for the Raiders.”

Kilgo-Washington screamed that Ruggs had been “knocked unconscious” even though Ruggs can be heard sobbing in the background.

Several witnesses are also seen with their cellphones out as Kilgo-Washington keeps pleading for aid.

“Can you get help?” she said.

“They’re coming, they’re coming,” one man replied. He later said “it’s their fault,” the clip shows, an apparent reference to Ruggs and his longtime girlfriend.

Police said Ruggs was spotted partying elsewhere in Las Vegas hours before the deadly high-speed crash — allegedly hitting Tintor’s car at 127 mph — and then yelled at cops as he refused to take sobriety tests, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Kilgo-Washington, who underwent surgery Tuesday for a severe arm injury, had uploaded footage of Ruggs at TopGolf earlier in the evening, police said. The footage showed her giggling as the now-former Raiders star struggled to tee off, according to the report.

Ruggs was in a neck brace and a wheelchair during his first court appearance Wednesday on pending felony charges of driving under the influence of alcohol resulting in death and reckless driving.

Ruggs, who was cut by the Raiders on Tuesday, later posted $150,000 bond and was released from jail late Wednesday. A judge ordered him to abstain from alcohol and other controlled substances, as well as to not drive and surrender his passport. He’s due back in court on Nov. 10.
