MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — She thanked reporters for coming to see her as she was being led to jail.

26-year-old Raven Yates of Mobile calls herself ” A woman of statute and prestege…”

But Mobile Police say she was wanted for attacking a repo driver with a box cutter and is waking up at metro jail.

MPD says it happened in March.

But, yesterday, as she was being led to jail, 26-year-old Raven Yates had a lot to say to reporters.

Yates told reporters, quoting here, “Yes, I look a mess, but i’m blessed and highly favored. Thank you all for coming out.”

She says she didn’t do it, but right now, she’s facing two counts of robbery, two counts of assault, and breaking and entering a vehicle.
