Barack Obama Gives His Opinion On The Ray Rice Situation But Shouldn’t He Have Kept His Mouth Shut?
by Tj Sotomayor September 9, 2014 10 commentsThe Ray Rice suspension became such a big story on Monday it even sparked reaction from the White House.
The news of Rice being cut by the Ravens and then indefinitely suspended by the NFL after video surfaced of the running back hitting his then-girlfriend broke during a daily press briefing in Washington.
At the time White House spokesman Josh Earnest responded in a general way to domestic violence but had not had a chance to speak with President Obama about the specific incident.
Later Monday, the White House released a statement attributed to Earnest:
“The President is the father of two daughters. And like any American, he believes that domestic violence is contemptible and unacceptable in a civilized society. Hitting a woman is not something a real man does, and that’s true whether or not an act of violence happens in the public eye, or, far too often, behind closed doors. Stopping domestic violence is something that’s bigger than football – and all of us have a responsibility to put a stop to it.”

Such a nasty, racist post. Not all White people hate him. Take me. I am indifferent to him personally yet despise him politically.
Just to put a point of view out there and not looking for a fight or debate. This is just a statement. No more, no less.
“Problems categorized as racial could arise from bigotry,
prejudice and racism. A bigot is a person who is intolerant of ideas or people
not like him while being strongly partial to his own particular racial,
religious or political group. A prejudiced person is someone who has formed a
less-than-favorable opinion or attitude about a person or an idea before really
giving the matter any though. In other words, the prejudiced person has
“pre-judged” the person, the group or the situation. Funny, isn’t it,
how neatly “pre-judged” and “prejudiced” fit together? Then
we have the racist. A white supremacist would be a racist. He believes that
whites are genetically superior to virtually all other races.
Now we have virtually blended the meanings of all three words; racist, bigoted
and prejudiced. People who are bigoted, prejudiced or both are now commonly
called racist, even thought they harbor no feelings of racial superiority.
The fact is, we no longer have a word in our language to describe one who
believes in the inherent, genetic superiority of one race over another. The
word “racist” has been so overused and misused over the past 20 years
that it truly has become little more than a mild re-probation of virtually any
white person who has said something that causes even the slightest bit of
offense.”
Well I am a black man and although I do not hate President Obama, his domestic and foreign policies have been one disaster after another. There are black people from his district in Chicago that says that Obama hasn’t done nothing that he said he was going to do. #changeismoreofthesame.

it seems like this is the kind if world we live in where people care more about trivial matters, than of things that are really important. and its true what u say about alot of women, they crazy! they think just cause they’re women, they’re untouchable. that no man can ever lay a hand on them cause they’re the “weaker sex”. they need a real serious reality check. any person who starts beef with another person & throws the first punch, deserves everything that happens next.
