So white people, do you still want to believe that only black men are subject to the brutality of the cops that roam your streets?  Well I think that maybe after seeing the video below, you might want to change your mind!

The woman below was arrested for drunk driving but was not doing anything unusual when she was thrown down to a concrete bench like a ragdoll!  Watch

I was given the story and could not believe how this woman was almost killed and the cops acted like they did nothing wrong.  When you read the story below, it should make you all p*ssed off how the cops tried to cover their tracks.  If it were not for the footage above, they would have gotten away with it too!

Oh.. Did you know that the white boy actually tried to sue the woman whom he pushed?

michael hart skokie police officer charged

A Skokie, Ill. police officer has been charged with felony aggravated battery and official misconduct after he was captured pushing a female arrestee into a jail cell, resulting in the woman sustaining multiple serious facial injuries.

According to Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez, officer Michael Hart, 43, of Gurnee, Ill., “became irate” after helping with the fingerprinting and photographing of 47-year-old Cassandra Fuerstein and shoved the 110-pound Chicago woman into a concrete bench during her March 10 arrest on DUI charges, ABC Chicago reports.

Fuerstein had been disregarding Hart’s commands, prosecutors say.

The attack shattered several bones in Fuerstein’s face and the woman required reconstructive surgery including a titanium plate in her cheek, according to NBC Chicago. She also has had vision and dental problems since the shoving.

Video of the shoving was released earlier this month by Feuerstein’s attorney, Torreya Hamilton, after Feuerstein filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the officer. The video prompted an outcry and over 1,000 people signed a Change.org petition calling for Hart’s arrest.

Hart was ordered held on $75,000 bond and faces up to five years in prison if convicted. Hart’s attorney, Jed Stone, told the Chicago Tribune his client “cannot believe after 19 years of serving Skokie that his career has come to an arrest. … I don’t think pushing her into a cell is a crime.”

As a result of the charges, Skokie officials have put Hart on administrative leave while they complete an internal investigation that could lead to disciplinary action, Patch reports.

Hart filed a complaint against Feuerstein after the incident for resisting a peace officer. Those charges were later dismissed after Cook County prosecutors reviewed the evidence. Feuerstein pleaded guilty to drunk driving.

I dont care if I am white, and NIETHER do they. I got strangled and had the living shit kicked out of me, while cuffed behind my back mind you, for smarting off during a DUI stop. Cops are basically c###’s, they have no humanity. No wonder they’re called “pigs”.

it’s one on facebook floating of a police officers punching a female in the face multiple times even removing her hands from blocking her face to continue to punch her in the face on the side of the road as drivers passed by the new law says that police using force is not deemed as excessive

have you ever tried to stop a law enforcement officer while they were doing their job . long story short its best to keep your distance and keep the video camera going

True, but i would let him know he’s being recorded. and i have that right, right?
If something isn’t right, i will take that risk of getting in trouble or whatever, but rest assured the recording will be put out there in public. They dont want publicity, for sure.

The last thing you want to do is to tell an officer that you are recording his illegal behavior if he doesn’t know it. Then he will confiscate and erase your footage. If you can get away with recording them unseen, then do it. Otherwise, there’s a very good chance that footage will never see the light of day.

This and all the other incidents that have recently occurred is why folks don’t have redirect for the law. I might want to consider my major if criminal law again…

Words do not warrent this…Who cares what she said…He could have cuffed her if she was a problem…He could have done other things to subdue…He was just having a bad day and no self control. This made his day even worse.

I’m not saying she deserved it. And I don’t believe in violence. But cops are people. And people do react automatically to words. People get provoked and understandably respond to provocation. This is why it’s best for everyone who is in police custody or are engaging with police to exercise their right to remain silent and not make any sudden moves.

Are you fucking retarded? If police cannot refrain from violent outbursts when “provoked” as you like to call it, then they shouldn’t be police. They are trained and paid to have the self-control that the average citizen doesn’t have. If we wanted to hire a bunch of bikers to get the job done, we could police our streets with a lot less money and a few more body bags. If some asshole at work pisses me off (lets say a customer, since I’m in the service industry and it’s a near perfect comparison) and I bash his face into the table, some cop will show up to arrest me for my inability to resist verbal provocation, There won’t be any jack-offs like you there to explain to everyone that waitresses are people too and we too react to provocation, and that is why diners should be good little boys and girls and try not to ask for too many refills or say anything that pisses them off. That’s the problem with people like you, you actually believe that these worthless scumbags are above the law.

My daughter called 911 while my bf was beating me and whipped his keys at my face. I had a 3″ gash on my temple and was bleeding down my face when cops showed. Even with a witness and obvious wounds, they didn’t arrest him. The cop actually told me if they were called out again to my house, that they would arrest BOTH of us. WTF?

That had the possibility of being a fatal shove, nothing this woman could have said or did warranted her being treated in this manner . Ok now maybe white people will stop automatically saying a minority person was asking for it when they are abused by a police officer . This has been going on for a long time . cops have shot people in wheelchairs because they feared for their life , there was a homeless woman here in LA that was shot because she had a screwdriver . I hope no one ever forgets Eula Love

The ONLY thing that would justify this type of force is if she had reached for his or another officer’s firearm. Through the other officer’s and Hart’s own statements, she made no such action. Their official report stated she was non compliant with the photographing process. Distinctly that she wouldn’t look at the correct camera angle when instructed. While her actions may have annoyed Hart, they may not have even been intentional. There’s a reason why they have DUI protocols like “follow the pen”…drunk people are horrible at them! What made him think she would suddenly be fully functional for a photo op??? Yes, she was wrong for driving drunk but, she even plead guilty to the charge because she knew she was wrong when she could have probably easily had the charge dropped in light of the brutality she experienced. I like that she accepted responsibility for her actions and filed suit that demands he take responsibility for his own. We may not be able to see what happens off camera, but if there was anything on the other camera films that Chicago could have used to justify Hart’s actions, they probably would have. They had nothing to grasp at or else they wouldn’t have filed felony charges against Hart. When it comes down to it, it shouldn’t matter what her race is or that he is a public official. The cold, hard truth is that she is a tiny woman & no real man should toss a woman around like that unless his life is in immediate danger. I know cops deal with a ton of tragedy and danger. I feel sorry for the ones who deal with being shot at, death of children, and other stressful events all the time and somehow manage to keep their act together. They prove however, that it is possible. Hart’s actions were unreasonably excessive. The aggression he displays is something that is built up to, it doesn’t suddenly manifest against a woman because she can’t follow photo instructions. Who else has he brutalized? I’m sure there are a few! Officers who go to this extreme are part of the reason some good cops get shot at out of fear. (I’m not talking about things like a drug dealer or murderer shooting at police to try to get away. I’m speaking of the every day person who gets pulled over and has seen police brutality before and reacts violently just to get away because they are so afraid they would rather risk a criminal charge than be put in the police cruiser, because they only know the bad side of things.) A good family friend is a cop and he had AN 8 YEAR OLD GIRL fire shots at him when he responded to a domestic dispute between her mother and her mother’s boyfriend because she had watched another officer from a different police department punch her mother and slam her face off a cop car while she was pregnant! Luckily, this stand up guy was not hit, befriended the mother and her children, and is attempting to help them in getting the officer who beat her brought to justice. The situation could have ended much worse for either party. All because of one bad egg! You would think they would work harder to weed officers like that out!
