So after watching this b*tch blow Marijuana smoke in her infants face while lifting her up and down like a sack before dropping the baby on its head, we now learn that the state has dropped all charges on this woman even though we all saw the video!

A judge has dismissed child abuse charges against a Tennessee mom who was caught on video blowing smoke in her baby daughter’s face.

Prosecutors in Chattanooga said Tuesday that although the video was “disturbing,” they would be hard-pressed to prove their case in court against Tybresha Sexton, WTVC-TV anchor Latricia Thomas posted on Twitter.

Sexton, 24, was charged with child abuse or neglect, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after authorities were tipped off about the 43-second video livestreamed on Facebook last month.

Thomas said the baby’s grandmother already had custody of the child before the video was posted.

The video, obtained by WTVC, showed Sexton holding the 1-month-old baby with one hand while blowing smoke in her face, and at one point she can be seen shaking the girl.

Police smelled booze on her breath and said she told officers she “didn’t want that f—-n’ baby anyway,” the station reported. Sexton was being held on $100,000 bond before the charges were dropped.
