 Newly obtained video shows moments leading up to funeral shooting.

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – A never-before-seen cell phone video sheds light on the key moments before 15-year-old Terrance Jackson was killed outside of a family funeral in Riviera Beach.

Jackson, along with 47-year-old Royce Freeman, were shot and killed on Feb. 1. The family claims it was part of a feud.

Freeman shot and killed Jackson, according to police, and was later allegedly killed by Derrick Peoples, who is now facing murder charges.

The video, obtained exclusively by CBS12 News, shows Freeman and Jackson in the edge of the frame. A gunshot rings out and Jackson’s body can be seen laying on the pavement.

The person filming the video stops soon after the gunshots. After the video ended, a bystander shot Freeman, who was later killed by Peoples, police say.

The argument that precipitated the brawl is also captured on camera. It then shows a black car make a U-turn, stop before a crowd of people, and drive into the fighting crowd. There is no word on what started the argument.

Jackson’s family wants that car’s driver, another relative, to face charges for possibly endangering others.

“She came back, stopped, looked at everyone, and then ran her car through a crowd of people,” said Tronicia Jackson, the 15-year-old’s mother.

CBS12 News reached out to the Riviera Beach Police Department to ask if they have seen the video and if they anticipate more arrests in the case, but have not heard back.
