On October the 9th 2014 Tommy Sotomayor decided to not only refund a donation that was made to his movie project ‘A Fatherless America’ by a Mr Tariq Nasheed but he made a video showing why the refund was made. Take a look!
Now if any of you know the law or have lawyer friends, they will tell you that Mr Sotomayor had no reason at all to return the money and had every legal ground to the money donated to him at will by Mr Nasheed but Tommy realized that keeping the money would mean that Tariq would have his name in Tommys movie which would not only help Tariq going forward but would hurt Tommy due to the things Mr Nasheed have been doing lately.
Tariq not only has been labeling Tommy Sotomayor as “GAY” using it as a slur to him but he has also referred to Tommy as Crispy Black, Coon, Turd With Teeth and many other terms that you wouldnt normally associate with a man that is about being problack, fighting white supremacy and bringing blacks together.
Mr Nasheed also took time out to order a puppet to look like Tommy Sotomayor and produce a video called ‘Behind The Coon’ where Tariq Nasheed went on to call Tommy more Crispy Blacks, Gays and topped it off by calling Tommy’s mother at section 8 crack whore who got a train ran on her by the band Earth Wind & Fire! 
Tariq continued his assault on Tommy Sotomayor by having people online threaten to shoot up Tommy’s Live Hollywood shows and he had tommy served with a court summons to appear in court over what Tariq deemed Tommy misrepresenting himself on his A Fatherless America campaign. Tommy was forced to stop having live shows due to these threats by Mr Nasheed as well as Tariq having people show up at these events to disrupt them constantly.
The last straw was when Mr Nasheed made a video titles Coon Train 3 where oddly enough Tommy was featured in the video 3 times as well as the well respected Dr Ben Carson was put on there. Mr Steve Harvey was not spare either even though Mr Harvey let Tariq on his radio show. So we guess that Tommy asking about the Jews in hidden colors was a problem but Tariq calling Steve a Coon after Steve allowed him to Sell Hidden Colors to his audience was OK.
So now we are here to where Tommy decided to refund the money in hopes of washing his hands of the whole Tariq Nasheed ordeal and how did Tariq Nasheed respond? Well Take a look below!

What you have seen is why the title of this article is what it is. That man himself declared someone giving him back a donation in which they did not have to give him a victory for the pimp squad! Now the next question has to be, why are so many of the pro black people OK with this? Reading the comments people are making claiming that Mr Sotomayor was forced into this or calling him Crispy over and over and moist is the work of normal sane people?
Why is no one pointing out that Mr Nasheed has yet to refer to one Jew in the way he and others have no issue talking about their own kind? Why is it that this dude hasnt refunded any of Tommy Sotomayors money back? We do know that Tommy bought hundreds of dollars of gear, donated to HC3 and bought DVDs. All of this came out to be way more than 1000 yet Tariq is making this seem as if he won the lottery!
The sad part is that this should have ended all beef between these two men because one is over 40 and one will soon be 40 yet the one who is supposed to be the most important of the two (Tariq) cant seem to stop being as childish as any man can be. At this point there seems to be no denying it, Mr Nasheed is infatuated with Mr Sotomayor!

After what he posted on his FB I just smh cause the reply he made just felt like any other black dude who doesn’t want the beef to end and call you a punk or whatever cause you just want it to end. Seeing the comments from the fans just make my head hurt. You talk about tariq they go nuts, you give him his money back they go nuts so it’s telling me that they don’t care about ending the beef/s, they just want to see more drama ensue to get through the day. I so confused that they want what’s best for the community, but what im seeing is that they don’t want it to be fixed and Tariq knows it. All I can say is to be far away from the majority of blacks. If they get rdy to turncoat give their money back. It is tiring to see this cause this makes no freaking sense.
Tommy, in part, brought this upon himself. If someone gives you money, you assume the person does it with a good heart and with sincerity. If the person turns around and says he wants his money back, that should be an indication that the person who gives the money is insincere. You should return the money immediately. Trying to find legal justification to keep the money is inviting trouble. I hope Tommy has learned a lesson about human nature. Always question the motive of people who are overly nice or who say they are your “friends.”

I found it refreshing, even through I knew it was a futile attempt I liked how he was doing it for his child. Then I started to watch how he began to be treated by certain black people. We’ve all made bad investments, and you just keep rolling. Your time has to be absolutely worth nothing if you can spend it pursuing chump change in the court system. A real business man would way out the effort vs return and just drop it. He must not be doing much to mess with something so petty and trivial as $1000.
