Yes the man was a idiot for getting out of his car and pouring water on her car and on the woman but it shouldn’t matter whether she’s black white asian whatever he was an a****** but being an a****** doesn’t mean that he deserved to be shot in the chest so she meant to kill this man because she got wet.
