R&B singer Tank has argued that performing oral sex on other men does not make you gay. Do you think that means he has a little sugar in his TANK?
The singer made the claim while appearing on podcast Lip Service to promote new album Elevation.
Host Angela Yee had asked: “Let’s say he sucked a d**k one time… say twice… does that make him gay?”
Tank: ‘The art of being gay is being gay.’
Tank patiently explained: “No, here’s the thing. Twice is excessive, but let’s dig in to it.
“He sucked a dick once and then he’s like, ‘I’m not sure if I liked it or not. Let me try again.’
“And then he says, ‘You know what, it’s not for me, I don’t like the taste!’
Is Tank wild or BIG WILD FOR THIS?

People have a lot of opinions, naturally.
The clip has naturally been getting a lot of attention on social media.
One Twitter user wrote: “You’d be surprised how many men actually think like this.
“They equate homosexuality with a certain lifestyle, they believe being flamboyant, wearing meshed tank tops, and moisturising makes them gay not having sexual encounters with other men.”
However, another commenter argued: “Trying gay or lesbian sex does not make you gay or a lesbian. You can try something and decide it’s not for you.
“That does not make you gay or a lesbian or even bi it means the person was bicurious and figured out it wasn’t for them. USE YOUR BRAINS WHAT’S NOT CLICKING.”
They pointed out a “double standard” between genders because it is not considered unusual for straight women to experiment with other women, adding: “Men are shunned for experimenting because of patriarchy and homophobia.”
Out notes that Tank previously performed at a DC Black Pride event in 2017, standing firm as a supporter for LGBT+ equality.
