No matter how you slice it, it seems like another day and another young black male having his life cut down by police!
Now I want you guys to pay attention to the fact that there are more negros on youtube twitter and facebook gunning to get me off the internet because they dont agree with my opinion on blacks yet you cant find these troll account and videos displaying their disgust at black males being gunned down or savagely beaten by the white police all over the country! Can anyone make this make sense?
In a case that is just ridiculous our of St Louis Mo, A houng man by the name of Mike Brown was gunned down by police after they say a suspecious sounding enounter between the two took place. Now as always, the cop has not had one person mess with him, out his name, out his address, stalk him or threaten him from social media especially none of the people who encourage you to screw with me everyday and I cant understand how this is possible? The young man was shot several times and of course here is what the cops said below that the man was reaching for his gun. Now black thugs must be the dumbest people alive according to the police because it seems we are only armed when it comes to dealing with each other but when we encounter the cops we are always unarmed but reaching for their guns. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the black men who are trying to kill police with their own guns are doing so after being accused of such henious crimes as: Walking with skittles and icetea home! Jumping a subway turnstyle and yes the ultra felony that is said to be committed by Mike Brown, suspicion of shoplifting!
Now if you get accused of these crimes then of course you are going to try to kill an officer right?
Lets hope that my SARCASM did not go over many of you peoples head because no right thinking person would actually believe that these men took extreme measure to cover up minor offenses but thats the lie police tells the public and magically they seem to get away with it!
The thing that pissed me off the most with this situation was that yet again you saw a lot of women who are out there and these young men are being hung out to dry because there are no men around. Mike had his step dad in his life but I wonder where his dad was. I wonder where were all of the other men in the community because if there were real men there, those cops would be scared to go to sleep tonite! Im sorry to say it but until the cops feel the same pain that they are making black families and mostly black men feel then nothing is going to change!
Its time people to make the cops have to deal with retribution and retaliation. Until we start putting a few of their lives in danger then they are never going to understand what its like while they are constantly putting our lives in danger! The biggest problem facing these black youth is that they are killing each other way more than the cops are doing and until they change what they are aiming at, nothing will change but the names of the victims!

(CNN) — A friend and witnesses say Missouri teen Michael Brown was unarmed and had his hands in the air when a Ferguson police officer shot and killed him, but that account is in dispute.
“The genesis of this was a physical confrontation,” Jon Belmar, chief of the St. Louis County Police Department, said at a Sunday news conference.
The officer tried to leave his vehicle just before the shooting on Saturday afternoon, but Brown pushed him back into the car, “where he physically assaulted the police officer” and struggled over the officer’s weapon, Belmar said.
Mom: ‘You took my son away from me’A shot was fired inside the police car, and Brown was eventually shot about 35 feet away from the vehicle, Belmar said, adding few details because he didn’t want to “prejudice” the case.
All shell casings collected at the scene were from the officer’s weapon, Belmar said. He further said the medical examiner would issue a ruling on how many times Brown was shot, but “it was more than just a couple.”
The account was in stark contrast to those of witnesses who said Brown did nothing to instigate the shooting and appeared to be surrendering when he was killed.
“My son just turned 18 and graduated high school and he didn’t bother nobody,” the young man’s mother, Lesley McSpadden,told CNN affiliate KSDK.
McSpadden was told her son was shot eight times, though witnesses had varying accounts of how many shots were fired. Brown was supposed to start classes at Vatterott College on Monday, she said
Antonio French, the Ward 21 alderman in nearby St. Louis, tweeted numerous photos and videos from the aftermath of the Saturday shooting. Brown was shot shortly after 2 p.m., according to reports.
Hundreds of demonstrators — as many as 1,000 at the height of the protests, according to police — converged on the scene Saturday, at one point driving away a police squad car, French said on Twitter.
Scores of police officers lined the street. One of them held the leash of a barking dog, and French said some officers wielded shotguns. One image showed a riot van on the scene.
Demonstrators held their hands in the air and chanted, “We are Michael Brown.” Others held signs, including one that said, “No justice, no peace” and another that read, “Police stops should not = dead kids.” There were reports that some protesters yelled, “Kill the police.”
Demonstrators at one point set a Dumpster on fire, according toCNN affiliate KMOV, and Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson told KSDK, “It did get a little tense when, twice, several shots were fired.”
The Ferguson Police Department called more than 100 officers from 15 jurisdictions to secure the scene, KMOV reported.
“We had what probably bordered on riot conditions,” Jackson said, explaining that it took hours to process the scene, collect evidence and move Brown’s body.
Later, according to media reports, about 100 people took their protest to the Police Department in Ferguson, a northern suburb that’s about a 20-minute drive from St. Louis. Officers were deployed to ensure the demonstrations were peaceful, the police chief said.
McSpadden had pointed words for the officer who shot her son.
“You’re not God. You don’t decide when you’re going to take somebody from here,” she told KSDK.
Jackson said the St. Louis County Police Department was conducting an independent investigation, and during the Sunday news conference, Belmar expressed doubts that Jackson would’ve called his department so promptly “if he had something to hide.”
The officer who shot Brown is on paid administrative leave during the investigation and will be available to talk to county homicide detectives.
The officer has been with the force six years, Belmar said, adding that he is “unaware of any other issues that he’s been involved in.”
He will be interviewed more extensively Sunday, and he will be required to undergo two psychological evaluations before returning to duty, Belmar said.
The St. Louis County Police Department plans to release more information on the shooting Sunday.
The St. Louis County NAACP is asking the FBI to open a probe and said it would conduct its own investigation into the killing. An FBI spokesman said Sunday that the bureau is reviewing the matter.
“We plan to do everything within our power to ensure that the Ferguson Police Department as well as the St. Louis County Police Department releases all details pertinent to the shooting,” local chapter President Esther Haywood said in a statement.
Brown was spending the summer in the neighborhood with his grandmother, Desuirea Harris, she told KMOV. She described him as “a good kid.”
He was walking with at least one other man at the time of the incident, Jackson said.
Witnesses told CNN affiliate KTVI that a police officer in a squad car grabbed Brown while he was walking.
Dorian Johnson said he was walking with Brown in the middle of the street when a police car pulled up. The officer told the teens to use the sidewalk, according to Johnson.
After an exchange of words, the officer shot Brown even after he raised his hands in the air, Johnson said.
The officer “shot again, and once my friend felt that shot, he turned around and put his hands in the air,” Johnson told KMOV. “He started to get down and the officer still approached with his weapon drawn and fired several more shots.”
The police chief declined to divulge specifics about the case, including what preceded the shooting.
Brown enjoyed music and had recently graduated from Normandy High School in Wellston, his uncle Bernard Ewing said.

I agree that this young man’s death was wrongful. The story surrounding his death sounds so suspect, it’s unreal. However, I don’t agree with what Tommy says about endangering other innocent lives, such as the officers’ involved families. That’s giving in to hate…and putting more black people in danger. That is a great bit of information that, I admit, I didn’t know, however here is a problem with this case: Martial Law. During Katrina and Rita in the Southern side of Mississippi and Louisiana, looting, shooting, gang banging, etc…got rampant and the National Guard came in to do two things: regain some semblance of order and protect the citizens (but it didn’t work). Eventually, shelters and makeshift medic areas were created but only after certain danger zones were cleared. Relief was available to come in after a day and a half, however truck drivers, convoys, relief were being attacked. This caused a backlash and the national guard, police, and all law enforcement had to disarm the citizens of their weapons to protect the people shipping goods in (However this was a HUGE problem in allowing citizens to protect themselves from those with malicious intentions). With Martial Law, the Second Amendment can be pretty much throw out. How do I know? I was part of the team that went down there.
Now, I know in the days of the Irish thugs were highly intimidating and the concept worked, however as soon as the police get any kind of justifiable leverage to counter attack certain areas, it’s going to get ugly in a way that will be history making.
In the end, these businesses are franchises that are there to make money, yes, but how in the heck did they contribute to this young man’s death? By rioting like this, it would seem the people are saying, “When we get angry, we destroy our home.”
So, the businesses won’t stay. The banks won’t lend to anyone who wants to build a business there. First responders won’t want to go there. The people will probably isolate themselves from the rest of police monitoring society and then the area will probably implode from its sense of condoning criminal activity. As far as coming from Time Square and seeing the protest there, that is the standard in which protests should be made. I understand anger, frustration, elevated emotions, and distrust amongst the police force, but I also know about attacking innocent targets. If the neighborhood wants to attack the police, by all means, have at it but be prepared for the repercussions of those actions. The people were attacking soft targets versus hard targets, a common terrorist action, and this is where there’s a problem. I’ve been military for 18 years and I know how a lot of these tactics work. The police have leverage now and the people are handing it to them on a silver platter. I’m not talking about nikes and weaves (I never was) but the actions that now require a response to protect bystanders and their property. Yes, I get that they killed a kid and my heart goes out to the family and I hope REAL justice to the person at fault is given to the maximum extent of the law, however until that verdict/proof/etc…is given, it will only isolate that single individual. By attacking everything in masse for the sake of making a statement, the translation may not be what they are trying to say. If the police visually see someone destroying property, theft, terrorizing a civilian (Yes, a policeman’s relative are not participating in the death of the late Mr Brown) then those people will now have a criminal record they can’t escape from. By simply saying, “I was mad at what happened.” is not excusable in court, but it can reduce some of the charges under a…(I forget what it is called, but it was something of ‘inciting rage’ or an emotional response when one would normally not act out aggressively but was triggered)
In the end, I simply don’t condone the destruction of their own neighborhood’s businesses. I have an uncle that is a truck driver that lives really close to me. If something like that happened here, I am sure that is one of the things they would attack first simply because the truck is big and suggests some kind of commerce tool. I guess I am just not one to protest with damage to people’s property. It is my own opinion, of course. As far as what those kids are thinking or not thinking does matter, because it will reflect them for the rest of their lives. If you believe records get expunged or become invisible because they are a minor, trust me, they don’t. My mother works at the county courthouse and I see it all the time when I go visit her. Kids, teens or younger, getting sentences and fines for their actions all because they got emotional.
Please, please, please, think about that. If anything, as a suggestion, take a trip down to a courthouse someday and watch some of the court proceedings. Kids, hardly in their teens, getting on trials for actions they didn’t think about simply because they felt like reacting to a negative stimulus. You have to look at these situations in a broader nonbiased view. It runs deeper than the racial aspect thrown into these situations. These youngsters nowadays are labeled automatically as being more aggressive, to being violent, they are carrying guns to protect themselves from one another. The hard headed little thugs that are committing all these crimes make it hard for the innocent young men because when these police are having to deal with a youngster they automatically think they are carrying, they will be violent, going
to resist, fight back or something so they go into these situations with their adrenaline pumping and their mind goes into automatic survivor mode that is brought on by fear of the unknown and lack of proper training. They lose sense of all control bc the fear takes over. Not all men can handle carrying and using a weapon properly. It takes a really trained mind to properly handle these types of situations. These trigger happy cops out of fear and ignorance grab their weapon and shoot til the clip is empty when it didn’t even need to come to pulling a weapon out. Even if a weapon was needed why not shoot in the leg once to stop the criminal in his tracks? I’m not saying that these cops are in the right. Not at all bc if it was a civilian who shot someone bc he Thought he might have had a gun or feared for his life we would have our asses begging for a jury to give us a break bc the prosecuter will come up with some kind of reasons to charge a civilian. What’s so necessary about shooting Michael Brown? Maybe he had an unstable isotope of a napalm compound that would have imminently detonated so the officer had to shoot him in order to deter such a travesty of a moment for mankind? I just couldn’t see anything that detrimental to people nearby that he had to be shot. I would have had more respect for the situation if the officer had actually jumped on the boy and detained him.

There were about a couple hundred “black people” that day going around looting from and terrorizing a community of honest people who work for a living. Shops got set on fire, whole businesses were ruined. Even if this kid was innocent, I hope it teaches you all a lesson.
Hate it when ppl add Trayvon to it. The law got it right in the first place. 2008 I went to meet a friend in a gated apartment complex in Raleigh NC so I could finish school work on their computers. The computer lab at the complex I lived at closed at 4pm while my friends was open 24h as long as you had a key card. So me my nephew and another African American friend went to meet our White friend who lived at the 24h cimplex. It had just got dark outside. We get there Tyler (white kid) let’s is in to computer lab and 10min later a police officer comes in and immediately says “what are you doing in here?” “You know you’re not supposed to be here”. I explained what we were doing and that Tyler lived there and he still said we couldn’t be there unless we ourselves lived there. That part was BS but I simply told him ok we didn’t know. Showed him my ID and remained calm. He checked my ID then explained to me that there were break ins in this complex earlier in the week and that he was responding to an alarm that went off (someone called) at one of the apartments. I told him I completely understand and that we were just using the computers. We all went home alive and with no charges that day. 3 young Black “trespassers”. Before anyone starts, the reason the trial had the same verdict that the initial police investigation had was simple. The evidence and witnesses proved that Martin did in fact come back to Zimmerman (headed back to his car) and engage him. No one ever points out that Martin had a phone and that when he lost Zimmerman he could have called the police himself. And no he didn’t stalk him you can hear in the un doctored phone call that when the dispatcher said “Don’t NEED you to do that” he did stop following. You know the call that the news already admitted to doctoring. This new case seems (so far) too be the cop was just dead wrong but Zimmerman was a huge misunderstanding and poor judgment mostly by the Black mentality of not Snitching and not Running. Sad that he died but he wasn’t stalked and it wasn’t because he was Black. Don’t compare the two. Also Garner does resisting arrest. Yes the chokehold was a huge mistake by that cop but doesn’t mean or prove he woke up wanting to kill a Black man.

1.A what brand and caliber type of ammunition 38 cal smith and wesson 40 cal, 357 police ammo, 9 millimeter ball or hollowpoint, ?was the officer using.. Black talon P + or P (Plus), Hydroshock, wadcutter, Hollow Points ball,ect..
2 where would this side arm have been located in the police vehicle ?
3. how far would the Murdered teen have had to reach into the patrol car to even grab the weapon?
4. was the first stated gun shot into the victim fired close range ? if so was it a tangential (from the side, with an entry wound from his right side with a trajectory exit pointing to the victims left side?
5. where were the secondary shots targeted too, at 30 plus feet, center mass head ?
6. If the victim had been struck at least one time and walked away, how was it he was able to make it at least 30 feet before passing out, especially if this had been a large caliber weapon at close range, with a side shot or tangential entry would that produces internal bleeding and loss of blood pressure and death in about 2 to 5 min, and loss of consciousness in less than 1 min if its a heart shot or aorta shot.. and instant death if its a head shot with maximum penetration to the brain pan
7. why did the officer continue to fire if as it is stated the victim had placed his hand up in the universal position of surrender? why did the officer not wait for backup to arrive after firing the first shot and the victim walking away.
now I am not asking you specifically there questions, but they are retorical. and here is why.
in order to reach for the weapon in the patrol car the victim would have had to charge the officer and insert most of hos upper body into the car to even reach the weapon sine most or the majority of human beings are right handed, the weapon would have been located on the officers right side and out of arms reach. also he said he stopped the young man, from what I have experienced in Los Angeles county you are ordered to stop once they are out of the car and already have thier hands on their weapons ready to draw down.
further more there are rules of engagement concerning use of deadly force, since he was not armed, with a clob knife or firearm this was unwarranted, also both military and civilian law enforcement are trained in combatives to deal with this exact scenario of having their weapons seized.
lastly I am not a law enforcement officer nor have I ever been, but I do know about Gun Shot Wounds and thier effects, I worked In South Central Los Angeles at Martin Luther King Hospital, where as a Nurse I saw this type of think happen to youn black males often, and I personally know from working with gunshot victims that once that first shot hits them, its like getting hit with a wrecking ball or sledhe hammer in the chest, and unless they are intoxicated on PCP , Ctack or something else, once the bullet hits them they go down or stop dead in their tracks especiall with current issue sith and wesson 40 cal and any 39 or 357 using P PLUS ammo, the onlu exception to this rule I have ever seen was a simular case of a policeman by the name of Al Skyles who used a 9 mm on 2 pacific Islanders and fired more than 15 rounds into each victim.. thier (police) thier initial story sound very fishy and like an impending cover up. but the questions I rasised need to be asked and looked into

There is a big piece of the puzzle missing. The young dude who was with Mike, first we all know brothers/sisters never tell the whole truth when they know they did something wrong. He not once spoke of the gas station cigar heist. Of course not. Trust & believe the police will fuck with you if you don’t respect the law. That uniform represents the law. No matter how much we hate them,cops, and the law, we have to abide. I know,been there done that. If you walking down the middle of the road & its causing traffic issues,when the po-po pull up & ask / tell you to move to the sidewalk side of the street,just do it. No harm no foul. When a person have any form of a mood altering substance, we get the confidence of Superman. No respect for authority caused this man his life. The tussle in the car, the eye witness never mentioned Mike punched the cop in the face or eye. That gave his friend a chance to run & get away, then he decided to do the same. If a citizen just assaulted you & you are a cop which citizen would you go after? Of course, you would, this is when his friend heard the 1st shot. he then said ” Mike put his arms up & yelled “dont shoot”. Mike then turned towards the cop I believe Mike got mad bcuz this cop just shot his gun. He then began to run towards the cop in a defensive lineman rush. The cop is afraid, he was just assaulted.. so he shoot again again again again trying to stop Mikes aggressive behavior. If this cop was or intentionally wanted to kill Mike, the first shot would have done the job. The autopsy shows, where the bullets entered. Arm 4x eye 1 x the head 1x. The bullets landed where they did due to Mike body being in motion. If the cop shot him intentionally when Mike was still all the bullets would have hit one area, mainly the mid torso. I m confident Mike was running towards this cop. He wouldn’t stop after the 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th & the 6th was to the top of his head because he began to succumb to his injuries.. Everyone ,in the black community are using this as a platform to stop police shooting black unarmed men. Well Tj what about when black teens adults shoot & kill one another. Why don’t we get upset & do something,protest about the terrors in the black hoods,shooting at each other & innocent babies women & men get killed by stray bullets..
