Taking A Stand!

By: Tommy ”Tj” Sotomayor

Snapshot 2 (6-4-2014 4-39 PM)

On June 3rd I was asked by Al Allen, to come and speak to the Myrtle Beach South Carolina Council Members.  I was asked to come and speak to them about my thoughts about black bike week and the violence that took place memorial day weekend in 2014.  Now of course I said yes.  Please take a look and let me know what you think.

Nothing I said was written down nor thought of before hand.  I simply stated what was in my heart and we all should agree.. It is about black and white… THE LETTER OF THE LAW!

TJ I was crying with you by the end big homie, but not for the residents of Myrtle. Rather because a regular black dude just did something I had never seen before. Maybe it happens, but I don’t know about it. This is how you empower us. I know we are capable, just ignorant. Thanks big homie. Love you man! Your picture looks way better than theirs.

Shout out to the young brother in the city council meeting. Way to be! Hopefully it wasn’t court mandated…ijs

They slick out there though. Was it just me or did O’ buddy on the mic try real hard to sale TJ to the chamber as a celebrity? Why not just a concerned citizen? Since TJ ain’t blocked me yet, I still say black folks should never go to, or ever leave South Carolina.
