I was just looking at the hiring of Former Dallas Cowboy QB Tony Romo to his straight from the NFL cushy job that he walked into at CBS and wondered, are there any black people who have had such luck with the networks after leaving their jobs?

The biggest name that I would know would be Micheal Strahan but even he didn’t go straight into a good job, he had to work his way up the ranks like everyone else who left the grid iron and was black, so…

Look guys, this is not the white mans fault, its the black mans fault for not creating his own!!!

But…

I will speak on these issues, not in hopes of motivating the white man to want to include the black man in what he has built, but for the black man to
start building so we dont have to be included by someone else because we own it!

The NFL owners for the most part in my opinion are racist white men who for the most part of their lives, didnt have very much interaction with blacks
so blacks need to understand that.
