And this here is a case of ‘Sometimes your kids are beyond your damn help’!!!
The young man featured in this story seems to be not only a kid thats beyond help but a kid that had a mother who was giving him chance after chance to get right. Just like in anything, no one wants to admit they made a mistake and sometimes that failure to admit our mistake causes us to compound them. This mother seems as if she wanted so bad to fix her son that it just made it worse.
In Corpus Christi Texas, A young man faces admitted to not only killing his own mother but to doing acts to her dead body that defy the laws of logic and civility!
There is nothing about this case that is not sick! There is nothing about this case that can be explained with a rational civil explanation! This dude has no emotion and told the story about raping his own dead mother as if he was explaining how to make morning coffee. We have to think that these acts are coming from somewhere, from something.
Yeah, I know this is not new and has been happening since the beginning of time but my god there has to be something that has all of us just a little uneasy about where life seems to be taking us. Mothers should never have to worry about this from their kids. Hell no one should have this happen to them and it puts in prospective about me sitting here said over me being alone. Some times these stories put your life in prospective!

Son Confesses to Killing and Defiling His Mother
CORPUS CHRISTI- Prosecutors played a shocking recording of Kevin Davis as he admitted to police detectives that he killed his mother.
This started day one of the punishment phase, this after he pled guilty to murder just as his trial was getting underway on Monday.
Davis admitted to killing his mother, Kimberly Hill, on March 27th inside her Corpus Christi apartment.
He was found at a residence on County Road 61 after he knocked on the door of a random residence, telling the person there that he needed help because he had just killed someone.
In the recorded interview with homicide detectives following his arrest, he tells in frighteningly calm detail, the manner of how he killed his mother.
He says how he tried to strangle her with the power cord of a video game console, but she was still screaming. He then quickly gets a hammer and strikes her several times in the back of the head.
Davis then tells investigators he put his hand inside her open head wound to move around her brain to ensure she was dead.
Davis says he wasn’t done with his mother yet, and what he admits next is beyond decription.
He tells investigators in calm detail, that he had sexual intercourse with his dead mother. Officers ask him if that was his first time, Davis admits that was his first time and deadpans, “guess I lost my virginity to a dead corpse”.
Update: On Wednesday afternoon the jury handed down a sentence of life in prison, the harshest sentence available per instructions.

Jump into a conversationI know the mental health system intimately, and I know it can be a mess…but why in the name of Holiness was this young man not put away sooner? I know a mother’s love is unconditional but at what point do you just say “ok, you’re no longer safe to be out among us.” This young man’s cold and blase confession tells you all you need to. The fact that he ate her brain too shows you that this young man is twisted in ways that no amount of therapy, medication or love can fix. I am only grateful that it was ONLY the mother and not the whole family. I am opposed to the death penalty on principal, but in cases like this…what can we do???? This young man has the mentality of an animal, and sometimes the kindest thing you can do with a beast is put it to sleep.

I do not think he is mentally ill. He sounds too much like a serial killer. Serial killers are sociopaths. Sociopaths have no conscience and are capable of any vile action you can think of and never feel guilty about it. Being a sociopath is not a mental illness and some people that have dealt with killers like this man say that the word sociopath and evil are the same thing.
A person that hears voices telling them to do the things he did is mentally ill. Hearing him speak is like listening to a child molester speak of raping a child like it was nothing out of the ordinary. No one that heard a person speak of raping a live person the way he did a dead person would say he is ill. They would say that he is an evil rapist. He could be mentally ill but, he was evaluated by at least one doctor. So, I am assuming that he is a sociopath. Sometimes a person can be mentally ill and be a sociopath with no conscience. Let’s just say he is both. What then? Do you blame his mental illness or his not having a conscience? I know many mentally ill people he does not fit.
If you watch some videos about the people who catch killers and serial killers like this man they hardly ever believe these people have a mental illness. Most of the time people that have treated every sever mental illness you can think of are brought in on these cases. It is not just cops but a team of people. A cop may not be able to tell if someone is mentally ill or not but, they bring in people with experience to evaluate these killers or to study them to figure out why they are the way they are when mental illness is ruled out. I am not sure how I feel about the death penalty but, how he only got a life sentence in Texas is beyond me.
