In a day that has been full of rain and pain I got some sunshine from to very bright rays of joy in the names of Tariq & Lina.
Tariq is a young man who listens to my show and when he heard about me doing the ‘Sponsor My Kids Summer Dream’ program, he called into my show asking to be in it. But what made this so special is that Tariq didnt ask for a gift for himself, what he asked for was a gift for his little sister.
Now his little sisters name is Linda and she is an aspiring chef. She feels like that one day she wants to be one of the worlds greatest chefs and Tariq actually put her on the phone during my show!
What I love about their relationship is how close they are. It makes me wish I had that closenes with siblings and more young girls need big brothers like this to keep them safe and make them feel special. Tariq and Lina made me a video after getting their gift and I hope you guys enjoy it!
I love these two! Thank you Tariq for sharing your beautiful relationship with your little sister!

Feels good to here thank you and people actually mean it, huh TJ? I like to give too, and I still do sparingly. However so many folks take from me and don’t say sh*t that it makes it seem not worth it. Being a part of Sotonation fulfills some of what I don’t get personally. Thanks everybody!
