Todays story happened back in 2021 where a man who had been dating a woman for over 11 years decided to take her life. What makes this really sad is that the couple shared children who were just 1 and 5 years old at the time. The couple were also expecting their 3rd child as the victim in this case was 6 months pregnant when she met her ultimate demise.
Xavier Johnson, 32 and Andreae Lloyd, 27 at the time of the murder, had dated for 11 years which means that he was 21 and she was 16 when they started dating. No one brought this up though so I assume I have to be the one to ask, who let this happen?
This show will focus on what led up to this situation and how its described by national media may not be the real facts in the case. This is Law, Crime & Passion episode 6!

MIAMI (CBS12) — Authorities confirmed the human remains found in the search for 27-year-old Andreae Lloyd do belong to her.
The development comes one day after police arrested her boyfriend, 32-year-old Xavier Johnson, and charged him with murder after discovering human remains in a wooded area in Miami.

On Tuesday, police believe Johnson came to a home on SW 285th Terrace where Lloyd worked as a caretaker and started to beat her. He then dragged her to a car and drove away.

Police said surveillance video showed the attack and abduction.
“We have charged the person responsible for her abduction & murder,” Miami-Dade Police Director Alfredo “Freddy” Ramirez tweeted on Wednesday. “Family, friends & our community are hurting since her tragic disappearance.”
Lloyd’s father, Arnold Lloyd, told Miami outlet WFOR that his daughter was about to break up with Johnson, whom she had dated for 11 years. But how can he say that the man was messing around when it was found out later that the child the woman was carrying was not his?
“She was going to leave him because he was messing around,” he said. “She was like a wife to him. Even though he was the boyfriend. She was like a wife to him.”
He said that police showed him Ring camera footage of the abduction.
On Wednesday afternoon, police received a tip about Johnson being at a wooded area near SW 127th Avenue. Police found a car in the brush and detained Johnson after a cadaver dog alerted to something in the area.

Johnson confessed to killing Lloyd during questioning at police headquarters, according to police. He’s been charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping with a weapon, firearm or aggravated battery, and burglary with assault or battery while armed.

Family members told CBS Miami Lloyd is a supervisor and went into work to fill in on the overnight shift.
“For her not to have contact with any of us, something is wrong,” said Alfreda Lyons, Lloyd’s godmother, in an interview with WFOR-TV.

Lloyd, 27, has two sons and her family says she’d never leave them alone.
“She’s an angel, she’s an angel. A real angel,” said her father Arnold Lloyd.
