Kevin Hart Sues Tasha K For Extortion After She Allegedly Threatened To Release Interview Exposing His Cheating!

So Tasha K is right back at it again! After being sued by Cardi B and being successfully made to fork up money for it, she looks like she is about to return to the same position again!

Tasha K is being hit with another lawsuit. According to @blast, Kevin Hart is reportedly suing the controversial YouTuber for extortion after she allegedly threatened to release an interview with his former assistant, who made some wild allegations about the comedian.

According to the legal documents obtained by the news outlet, Kevin Hart and his team sent a cease and desist letter to the YouTuber on November 22. They told her that he would not pay a six-figure fee to keep the interview from going public. 

The news outlet also revealed what was stated in the cease and desist letter, which briefly reads, “You have already engaged in criminal conduct and tortious acts that would entitle Mr. Hart to monetary damages against you should he elect to commence civil litigation regarding this matter. To the extent that you do not cease and desist now, your liability for such monetary damages will increase, as will your exposure to criminal penalties.” 

Hart’s legal rep, Donte Mills, says a person and Tasha K’s team told them they would release the interview if the “Ride Along” actor paid $250K. The documents claim the act falls “under Penal Code Section 518” and “gives rise to both criminal and civil liability against you and anyone involved in your efforts to extort Mr. Hart.”

Thus, making Tasha’s alleged “effort to extract payment” from the father of four by “threatening exposure of information supposedly harmful to him is a textbook example.”

It is also stated that Hart’s team reported Tasha K’s action to the police and said the interview “with Mr. Hart’s former assistant Miesha Shakes supposedly includes scandalous assertions against him.”

Adding, “In advance of your threatened publication of the Story, you posted a “teaser” with Ms. Shakes on YouTube which clearly was intended as a threat, sending a message to Mr. Hart’s team that the more detailed Story would not be published if – and only if – the ransom is paid.”

His lawyers are also familiar with Tasha’s content and describe it as “defamatory and otherwise improper content regarding celebrities and other high-profile individuals.”

Tasha K has not responded to the lawsuit.
