CINCINNATI — A 20-year-old woman is accused of raping a 4-year-old, and Hamilton County investigators said they have video of the sex act.
India Kirksey of West Price Hill is charged with rape, a first-degree felony.

Court documents state the sexual conduct occurred “on or about Jan. 4” in Hamilton County.
Investigators said a person in Texas found video of the rape and forwarded it to jobs and family services. When questioned by police, Kirksey admitted to the accused crime, according to court documents.
Kirksey was in court Monday morning, where she was secured on a $350,000 bond.
