The shooter remains at-large, but police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi told the Chicago Tribune that she has been identified.

“What I can say is we believe this to be a domestic related incident between two individuals that know each other,” he told the newspaper. “We do not believe there is any threat to the public as this stemmed from an earlier interaction between the two of them.”

In the video, the victim can be seen talking to the suspect in the car.

“This b—h got a gun you all. You got a gun, what you gonna do, what are you going to do with it,” the victim can be heard saying.

The shooting is not seen in the video, but one person can be heard yelling that someone should call 911.
