ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) – A Fulton County judge has decided there is enough evidence to charge the man accused of sexual assault at a Midtown nightclub with aggravated sodomy.
The alleged assault, which made headlines across the country, was streamed on Facebook Live.
The woman, 30-year-old Jasmine Eiland, said she had come to Atlanta to celebrate her birthday. It was at the nightclub where she met Williams.

The defense team for Williams brought a witness who claimed Eiland was not in distress and joined a twerking contest while with Williams.
Police also said a second woman has come forward who has said she was sexually assaulted by Williams in September of last year, but she did not report it at the time.
Eiland, a mother of five, has filed a lawsuit against Opera Atlanta and other parties, alleging negligence, failing to have the appropriate amount of security, and failing to monitor certain areas of the club.
