    I don’t think he is looking for a partner, but someone who will do as he says. He is trying to guilt trip you on everything that happened that night on you. If you are will to be sub servant than take him back else change the locks on the doors. (only way the light under the door could have bothered him is, he was sleeping on the floor with his head pointed towards the door.)
