The beautiful little girl feature in this story had no chance. Not because there was something wrong with her, but because there was something wrong with the environment that she was brought into.
Octavia Watkins lost her young 12 year old life in one of the most senseless crimers that I have ever come across. The story below tells of the so called black mother acting more like a black idiot and causing the death of her own kid! Watch!
So now I am waiting to hear someone yell out that her momma black! I am waiting on someone to yell out that her momma friend black! And here we are with all of this black estrogen in one setting so surely nothing will happen right? I mean this is why people love yellin that “Yo Momma Black” because having a black momma must be some type of shield against something right?

This is one of the sickest sadest stories that I have ever come across! What type of BS must you be on to say that your car is worth most than the life of your kid and what type of b*tch are you hanging with that agrees to this? See if there was a responsible adult there then yeah, their may be 1 who says, “lets put the kids on the roof and trunk of the car”, but surely the other will say “hell no” right? This is why I say what i say about black women!

A GIRL, 12, has died after she and five playmates were made to sit on the roof of a car.
Octavia Watkins and her friends, aged eight to 14, had been to the Creekside Community Pool inCrowley, Texas, when they were met by Kisha Young, 39, and Octavia’s mother.
It was a one-minute trip from the pool to home but the women did not want the girls in Young’sChevrolet Malibu in case their wet bathing suits damaged the vehicle’s upholstery, The Star-Telegraph reported.
The girls were made to sit on the roof of the car but four of them were thrown off when Young went around a corner.
Watkins and Octavia’s mother, who had been drinking, were unaware of what happened until a witness flagged down the car, NBC reported.
Octavia was knocked unconscious in the fall, suffering severe head injuries. She died in hospital after being kept alive by life support.
“I’ll never get my baby back,” Octavia’s father Desmond told Fox 4 News.
“I’ll never hear her say, ‘Hey, Daddy.’ I’m gonna have to live with that; they’re have to live with their fate.”

Kisha Young was charged over Octavia’s death with intoxication assault — a third degree felony. She also faces charges of injury to a child and DWI with a child. She was released from jail on a $110,000 bond.
Crowley Police said they were working with the District Attorney before deciding if further charges would be laid.
Desmond Watkins said he had not told his other children, an 11-year-old daughter and son, eight, that the criminal charges may be laid against their mother.
“It’s already hard enough with their sister just passing,” he said.
“And then we don’t know about their mum.
“When they called me, I rushed to the hospital … I was furious … drinking and all that.”
Texas’ Child Protective Services is investigating both women.
The surviving children were all taken away from their mothers and placed in the custody of relatives.
“The adults involved are responsible for the children, and whatever happens to them while they are in their care,” said Crowley police officer CC Meadows.
“Well of course we don’t know what they were thinking.
“However, they weren’t thinking safety.”
Octavia’s funeral will be held today.

WOW WTH why didn’t they charge the mom upfront???? She let this heffa put the kids on the roof! Hell there was a time where I and my kids were in a car where the seatbelts were tucked in….got into an argument with the driver when he wouldn’t stop to pull them out so the convo changed to stop so me and my kids can get out!
The basic issue of child neglect is what this concerns. The details will come out in time and the intoxication factor is what makes this a ‘lesser’ crime in the eyes of the law when compared to the guy that left his child in the car.
IMO this flagrant child abuse should bring involuntary manslaughter charges if the prosecutor is worth his salt.

What befuddles me is, why is the DA “deciding” if and what charges will filed against the mother and why the fluck is she SMILING!!! What on earth is she smiling for???
