So, after all the people claiming that Tariq isnt worried about Tommy and that Tommy needs this beef more than Tariq, well now you see whats going on in the world of the Lip Smackin Mack, The Carmax Mack himself.  The dude who when you watch his twitter timeline as well as his youtube it looks like MEN ON FILMS because damn its raining men there has out sunk himself yet again.

After at first claiming that he gave me money because I was struggling, now he says he wants his money back that he donated to my film project.  Now at first he said he was gonna beat it out of me but then I guess he rethought that and last night he took the route that he claimed only snitches took.

While I was broadcasting my first live show, a dude walked right up to me and yep, he gave me a piece of paper that was presented by Tariq Nasheed himself and it is a summons to appear in court to answer to the charge of misrepresenting myself during my crowd funding!  Take A Look!

Well, below is the entire notice as well as make sure that all of you who are out here go to the court date on Nov 4th 2014!

So after all of the big talk and big game, it seems that this man has finally lost his damn mind!

What makes this so sad is the Tariq aka The Lip Smacking Mack AKA Derek Zoolander, has decided to do all of this while claiming that I am the one “moist”!  This is the same man that after going through my bathroom cabinets decided to sit on my deck at my struggle mansion and take his hands to grab hold of my leg to look at my shoes!  What straight man does this to a man he thinks is gay?

As far as this case its simple, I have no issue with him doing what he is doing, it literally doesnt bother me.  He donated to me making a movie and I am making a movie but if he or anyone else wants to sue for the money that they donated then by all means do so but its funny how blacks can mobilize to just be assholes to another black person but Tariq has never headed a lawsuit against any white company or jews.  As a matter of fact he has done something like this before to YEP. another black man but none of this effort is going toward taking down that white supremacy that he claims is such an issue.

This grown man continues to talk about my hairline and my sexuality which is weird especially when it was all over a statement I made about The role of Jews when it comes to black history and he still hasnt addressed that other than to say I am trying to get him in trouble with the jews.

So wait, he can call people black, crispy, sambos, coons and never fear getting in trouble with the blacks but he refuses to say anything to the jews for fear of what might happen even if its historical facts?

I cant make any of you see the light but what I can point out is that this man waited 8 months to have a problem with a donation that he himself said was a pity gift.  He is now being used by a faceless man to do what the faceless man couldnt do and that was to bring a lawsuit against me.  Tariq is melting down right before all of our eyes and honestly, I wouldnt be surprised if he tried to harm me physically due to the unstable things he is showing the world right now.  The dude has clearly lost all of his mackish ways or maybe he never had them.

Whats sad is how he employs tactics like white supremacy, smearing your name to get out of an argument, attacking your family, threatening your life and your lively hood as he spent days calling people slated to be in the flim asking them to not be in the film!  No one should think this guy is anything but a snake oil salesman!

To me, this all seems like some type of stunt to be honest because no one in their right minds would do what he is doing and for his fans to act like it makes sense?

Hes the one preaching how bad the government is, hes the one always talking about how black men need to stick together yet hes the one thats been trying to make it his business to take me down.  He claimed that this move of his was playing chess and now checkers but why did he feel the need to take the likes dislikes down off of his youtube video and why was it him that felt the need to remove any negative comment when people who were his fans were telling him that he was showing weakness by what he did and it made him look bad.

I laugh because its funny but its sad too to watch a man who at one point was thought of as some type of leader go down the way that he has.

He thought I was only going to be out here for a little while and that I wouldnt want to fly back in November but what he didnt know is that I planned on being out here for the next 6 months making my movie! OOPS!

If he calls this Chess, he just made an idiot move because if he wins, he gets 1k back but if he loses then he looks like a complete idiot which is what he has been looking like over the past month!  How you let another dude come to your city and make you stay in the house sending out lawsuits…lol
