Man Shot & Killed 7 Year Old Girl In The Head Just 3 Hours After Being Released From Jail On Gun Charges! (Video)

FOREST CITY, NC – He’s under arrest after police say he murdered a seven-year-old girl.  And it happened just hours after he was released from jail.

When things like this happen why is it that we dont look to the people who set the man free as a problem? These Judges get to make the dumbest decisions possible and nothing comes back on them when stuff like this happens!

This is Shaquille Marshon Francis, 26.

Police say he was arrested and charged with murder after he shot and killed seven-year-old Aaliyah Norris.

The child was a passenger in the car that Francis shot at.

Two days later, she died.

Forest City Police Department officials confirmed that the murder of Norris happened just three hours after Francis had been released from jail.

That morning, he was arrested and booked for allegedly pointing a gun at someone but was released hours later.

Now he’s being held in local custody on a $10,000,000 bail.
