Police say Kuchava Moore was the woman in the car who opened fire in the video back in January.

It was quiet and a tense atmosphere in the courtroom Tuesday morning. Moore, the woman accused of opening fire, didn’t say a word during her preliminary hearing.

HAPPENING NOW: Kuchava Shanay Moore also makes a appearance in court this morning. Moore was arrested after a Facebook argument between her and two others ended in a drive-by shooting on Arlington Avenue. The incident was caught on Facebook LIVE video.

You can hear the commotion as three shots ring out on Arlinglinton Avenue last month as her friends stream the entire incident on Facebook.

“This is my house!” The woman streaming the video yells.

The victim in the video is Foulematou Sylla. She testified in Hamilton County Sessions Court Tuesday confronting her alleged shooter, Moore, who faces several charges, including attempted criminal homicide.

“I believe that’s what led her shootin’ me to kill me,” Sylla testified in court.

A police affidavit says before the incident, Moore, another woman, and her friend were arguing on Facebook. Sylla said in court she expected Moore to meet with her and her friend on Arlington Avenue to fight.

“If I would have known that she was coming to shoot me, I would have made sure to defend myself,” Sylla added during her testimony.

Police say Moore showed up in the passenger seat of a tan Chevrolet, seen in the video, and drove past Sylla before backing up. Sylla testified the person you can see hanging out the window is Moore.

In the video, you can see Sylla on the ground, bleeding, as the car leaves the scene.

Silla was taken to the hospital following the shooting with non-life-threatening injuries.

The judge believes there is probable cause. The case will be bound over to the grand jury.
