I am very curious ladies, how is it that P.O.S. dudes get all the access they want to their children while men who usually would make good fathers end up having to go through hell just to see their kids every now and again?

This is yet another case of a man deciding that beating the hell out of a kid was better than just walking away!

Christopher Bruck who was alone with his own son and watching TV had decided that he no longer wanted to deal with his kid interrupting him watching his TV time.  Since Chris was no longer having it, he decided to take care of this little problem called his child in one of the worse ways possible… Take a look!

The worse part of this story is that now not only is an abuse case, it has now become a murder case because the 4 year old boy died of his injuries that he suffered at the hands of his father!

The 4-year-old southern Indiana boy died Thursday while undergoing treatment at Kosair Children’s Hospital.  A vigil was held Sunday in honor of Hayden Dukes and all children who face abuse.

Family and friends released 430 blue and white balloons. They say the balloons are a symbol of child violence.

The father of Dukes is accused of striking the child, causing him to fall backwards onto a concrete floor.

Christopher Bruck is jailed in Clark County on charges of battery and neglect of a dependent.

It will be up to prosecutors whether additional charges will be filed but it seems pretty obvious that manslaughter will end up being the charge.

What the hell makes a man do something like this and why are these kids being left unprotected like this?  The sore part for me is how the fathers are not only vicious but they are treated that way. This man will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law but if he were a woman people would be asking right now, why, what happened, how can we prevent this poor mother from having to kill or abuse her kid but when it comes to a man, its lets look him up and throw away the key!

Now lets be very honest, when crap like this happens, white people step up and start some damn campaigns especially if its to go against men so there is no need for us to pretend that they won’t say something about it or be appalled, but what we need to also point out is how they come to my videos acting like it never happens on their end.  ‘

The only reason I don’t do a bunch of stories on them is honestly because I don’t too much care what they do to each other.  I am raising a black child who will have more obsticles and different ones than their kids will face so why would I worry about a problem that they can fix.  Hell as a black man I have to realize that I can’t do much about the problems blacks face so I would be an idiot spending all day talking about what whites do but when it comes to kids, its universal because if we can get a positive message to the kids then all of the world can and will benefit!

LOUISVILLE, Ky, —Prosecutors said a 4-year-old southern Indiana boy has a 30 percent chance for survival after being abused by his father.

Christopher Bruck, 27, appeared in front of a Clark County judge Monday on charges of aggravated battery and neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury.

According to court documents, the child suffered a severe head injury and had bruising all over his body.

An arrest affidavit said the injuries were consistent with being in a high-speed car collision.

Bruck was arrested Saturday after medical personnel notified Indiana State Police about suspected abuse.

According to investigators, Bruck admitted to getting upset and hitting the 4-year-old.

The force caused the child to fall backward and hit his head on the carpeted concrete floor.

Authorities said Bruck told them the child began tilting his head to the side and crying, then fell asleep on the bed.

An hour and a half passed before Bruck called 911.

Prosecutor Jeremy Mull said, “The investigation so far has determined that the child was simply trying to interact with the defendant while he was watching television. The defendant became irritated at that and this battery then occurred.”

Mull asked the judge for a high bond, saying Bruck was a danger to the community.

The boy is being treated at Kosair Children’s Hospital.

Bruck is being held at the Clark County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.

His trial date has been set for March. He is expected back in court later this month.

Mull said more charges could be filed.
