Chief Keef now has a total of three children to call his own. It was learned Sosa, already the proud father of daughter Kay Kay, fathered a 10-month-old baby girl.
A 30-year-old woman has won a paternity suit against the Interscope rapper. Erica Early slapped Sosa with a paternity suit in mid-June as the rapper was leaving a hearing for his speeding case.
After a DNA test was conducted, it was learned Chief Keef, born Keith Cozart, is the father of the child.
Chief Keef was ordered to pay $2,500 a month beginning in December for the next 10 months, according to the Chicago Tribune. Sosa also owes 10 months of child support to Early totaling $25,000 by Dec. 31.
Chief Keef must also obtain medical and life insurance for the child.
It should be questioned whether any legal action should be taken against Early for her role in the conception of her baby girl.
The child is currently 10 months old. Sosa would have been 16 years old at the time the child was conceived.
It must be noted the age of consent in Illinois (where the rapper resides) is 17. If the woman were older than Chief Keef, her actions violate the “age of consent” law and qualify as rape.
Chief Keef revealed via Twitter the oldest woman he has had sex with was 30 years of age. He may have been referring to Early.
Chief Keef recently shelled out $11,000 to the mother of daughter Kay Kay in missed child support payments to avoid jail time. He owes a total of $20,900.
Chief Keef is currently awaiting the arrival of a baby boy with his current girlfriend. The young lady is seven months pregnant and due to give birth in January. Sosa named his son Mon’e (Pronounced “Money”).
