TOMMY THIS SHOULD HELP IN FALSE SEMAN ATTACKS READ THIS PLEASEAttorney Sophia A. Nelson responds to her YOUTUBE stalker and breaks down the federal and state laws governing cyber stalking and harassing. 18USC sec. 275 as well as other companion laws that punish such acts for up to 5 years in prison and/or $25,000 fine. These type of people do not STOP until there is a serious consequence. It is illegal to harass, menace, threaten, cause mental or emotional distress of another person over the internet or through mobile devices and email. Many tolerate such acts out of fear and lack of knowledge. This is a great video to help women know their rights when being stalked or menaced by an angry man with a personal grudge or just randomly acting out.

What’s going Mr. Tommy Sotomayor? I’ve been following you for about 4 months now and I salute you for your work! I stumbled across you on YouTube when I searched Like Wayne’s response from a CNN reporter about the Black Lives Matter Movement (which I disagreed with). After that I saw a title for another video that caught my attention. It was called “How Savage Are Blacks In America.” So I checked it out. It was very informative and factual. This convinced me to dig in the archives and find out your overall purpose. From the million man march, to the monologues about the epidemics of the black community, the testimonies from other fans on how they’ve changed, the inspiring and sometimes emotionally 1 on 1’s (the homeless man in DC, the 21 year old from Connecticut, The gentlemen plaqued with child support debt). I can’t do anything but have the up most respect for you and your profession. You bring logic based on facts to the black community. Better yet to the world. Continue to avoid jealousy and strife from those that choose to ignore such issues and persist in your mission. God bless.
